Digital Mapping Data RoadNet The RoadNet product suite is a highly detailed, comprehensive database of street centrelines and related information. Available for Australia and New Zealand, RoadNet is suitable for mapping from local to national scales. RoadNet Presentation RoadNet Presentation is the entry-level RoadNet product. Street centrelines are attributed with their name and road type. Additional and related data layers include transport, towns, points of interest, land use, and topography. RoadNet Comprehensive extends the RoadNet product suite with detailed and accurate address ranges along the street centrelines. Each street segment is attributed with four address values that contain From and To values on the left and right sides of the street. RoadNet Routing Network is available as an add-on to either RoadNet Presentation or RoadNet Comprehensive. Attribution for each street segment is enhanced with routing information such as average driving speed, turn restrictions, one-way indicators, locality information, tolls, height and weight restrictions. This enables Routing, Driving Directions and Distance Calculations. RoadNet Lite contains a selection of layers available in RoadNet Presentation. It is designed as a compact, easy-to-use mapping base for regional- or national-level mapping projects. Australian G-NAF Address Table MapData Services takes the complex relational G-NAF source data provided by the Australian Government and creates simple, easy-to-use data tables in a variety of GIS formats. We then enhance the data by providing an accurate postcode for each address — important for distinguishing towns of the same name in different parts of a state. MDS New Zealand Address Points - QuickLocate Geocoder Spatial Database A definitive, regularly updated file of approximately 2.2 million postal addresses augmented with geocode, statistical and property identifiers. MDS’ NZ Address Points is perfect for address validation, authentication and spatial analysis. MDS has added significant value to the existing GeoPAF provided by NZPost by adding extra source address information for properties not delivered to by NZPost. An extra ~340,000 addresses on top of GeoPAF’s already comprehensive 1.8 million records have been added.	Administrative Boundaries MapData Services provides a selection of Government administrative boundary products for Australia and New Zealand, including.. Suburbs & Locality boundaries include complete coast-to-coast coverage of city, town, suburb, and locality boundaries. Also included are national parks, state forests and reserves, Aboriginal reserves, island names and outlines, and group outlines. Available for Australia and New Zealand. Postcode boundaries divide the entire land masses of Australia and New Zealand into postcode regions. Postcodes are matched and verified against Australia Post and New Zealand Post databases. Census Collection District Boundaries (Australia), also known as CCD's. These are boundaries specified by the Australian Bureau of Statistics and usually defined as an area that a census collector is able to cover during the delivery and collection of the census. There is an average of 150-250 dwellings per CCD. Mesh Blocks (Australia and New Zealand) are similar to Census Collections Districts however they are smaller, containing 30-60 dwellings. This allows for closer comparisons in statistics between geographical areas, while large enough to protect the privacy of a dwelling and its occupants. Mesh Blocks are intended to become a new building block of statistical and administrative geography. Local Government Authorities (LGA's) are boundaries that specify the area of each Local Government or Council. These are often referred to as Cities, Rural Cities, Boroughs, Shires and Councils. Cadastral Boundaries including Property Identifiers (Aust & NZ) CADLite is a digital representation of all Cadastral boundaries excluding easements and road/drainage casements for Australia. Property Identifiers are also populated, providing a national dataset. The New Zealand Property Parcel dataset is a digital representation of all DCDB boundaries excluding easements and road/drainage easements for NZ.
